REset Resources: This is how we set new standards for the circular economy

We are making business models to be circular and sustainable. Together, the companies in the Schwarz Group promote independence of the materials being used across Europe. . By using our unique business structure to keep resources in use for as long as possible working across different divisions and countries.

Our integrated circular economy strategy REset Resources shapes the handling of resources within the entire Schwarz Group. Wherever possible, we reduce the use of resources, encourage  their reuse, increase the circularity and recyclability and secure access to recyclable materials. We are also increasing the use of recycled materials.
 

We pursue our goals along the five fields of action:

REdesign: We design our business models to be circular.

REduce: We reduce the use and prevent the waste of resources.

REuse: We focus on reuse.

REcollect: We create access to recyclable materials.

REcycle: We are strengthening high-quality recycling processes and the use of recycled materials.

Within the five areas, we look closely at all parts of the circular economy: from packaging and products to construction, food waste and recyclable materials management to recycling processes.
